Booking Policy

To help hold us all accountable we require a non-refundable booking fee that can be applied to a same day service and a credit card on file. The fee is dependent on the staff performing your service and may range from 30$-75$.

Cancellation/No show policy

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant wait list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy. Additionally we have a 48 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file (see below). NO EXCEPTIONS!

All Injection/Medical Appointments:
15 minutes – $75
30-59 minutes – $100
60+ minutes – $150

All Skin Health Appointments:
Skin Consultations – $30
Any Skin Health Service – $50

Appointment Policy

We understand things happen, but arriving late interferes with your treatment time. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the allotted time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee listed above.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Cosmetic procedures are elective in nature. Results vary per individual and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, this simply cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.
