Cancellation/No show policy

Your appointment and your time are very important to the La Bella Team, and it is reserved especially for YOU. We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant wait list. Our policies are in place to protect our staff and business. We have a 48 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy. Please understand when a medical spa or injectables appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours we miss the opportunity to fill that time with another patient who is waiting for the opportunity to visit us. 

  • Any facial or neurotoxin appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours will be charged 100.00 to the credit card on file. 
  • All PDO max thread services that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the total cost of the procedure.  
  • All filler and/or injectable services that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours will be charged will be charged 50% of the total cost of the procedure. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Appointment Policy

We understand things happen, but arriving late interferes with your treatment time. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the allotted time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee listed above. 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Cosmetic procedures are elective in nature. Results vary per individual and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, this simply cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results. We do not offer refunds on products/retail purchases. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same.
